Edmund Walsh received his doctorate in English language and literature from the Catholic University of America and has studied and worked in Europe and Asia. He has been published frequently over a 14-year career as a financial news reporter, taught college literature and composition for nearly a decade, and researched literary texts at universities and national libraries, including the National Library of Ireland, several British universities, and the U.S. Library of Congress.
