On Social Security and names in fiction and a brief poem
Regarding claims some politicians want to defund Social Security. It has already been defunded . I have been applying forr SSA disability for years despite having severe nerve, damage verified by medical doctors, applying for hundreds of jobs, and having paid into SSA for over two decades. They have not given me a cent.,
On another matter, I am planning to use the real first names of a few people met recently in a new novel. I consider them friends and made sure they would agree to it. In a work of fiction, it helps me there are real people inspiring the fake ones.
