Some jokes

President Biden: ” I am visiting the West Coast to see the effects of the nine storms, and when I say that, storms are not euphemisms or metaphors for online girlfriends and certainly not Stormy Daniels.

And as for the border crisis, yes when young I had a very wild weekend in Tijuana..I will not go into details, but the memory of it haunts me still.

Thanks for your attention.”

A new poem

This poem was inspired by a woman I know online. I think I mentioned before it was planned as a short story but became a brief poem. The woman said she did not mind me using her real first name or as I joked with her fist name.

“Visuals” by yours truly

“I think emojis and sometimes near-nude body images go better for women, my pretty model,, Khwan.”

“Really?”

“Yes, men can feel homosexual for showing many photos of themselves.

Sticker

The emoji was taken from you. It is not based on a photo of me.”

“i see.”

Just a short poem

“Long” by yours truly

“Long hair, very pretty.”

” Yes, it is,

But please don’t stare, you nitty!”

The woman can be mean,

Sometimes even obscene,

If you know what I mean.

So don’t stare, and buyer beware.

A joke and an update

Have you met my new girlfriend Medulla Oblong Otta?. Of Italian descent. Very brainy.

I have the short story and short novel ideas in works for now. My online girlfriend keeps saying “Take care.” It scares a bit.

On a short story

Have a story idea just started on about how women and men approach visuals differently. My main source for the story is a female model. She says, she does not mind me using some of her words or emojis in the story or even her real first name. I will not use any of her photos.

What interests me in this is men can be different. We often think photos especially if provocative seem homosexual.

Anyway, back to the story.

On Mass, a comment, and a new poem

The pastor said reading from the New Testament, “The man of God takes away the sins of the world..”

How do you remove sin?

She asked, “why are you religious?”

“Because you can be forgiven for sin,

And you are more than what the world thinks of you,

And when people leave you, you still have God.”

A new poem

“Sad Smile” by yours truly

Sad smile

As if Mona Lisa knows.

“Life is a smirk that never smiles.”

Miles.

On Friday the 13th

I don’t know the origin of there being some type of curse associated with this date but remember watching the so-called horror movies at sleepovers with grade-school classmates.

I don’t want to see the movies again but recall the original involved a mother killing young people because her physically. deformed son had been abused.

I have said before that earlier horror movies seemed scarier than current ones. Maybe it is just my age.

Wrong call

I just made a mistaken call while trying to phone my landlord about some maintenance issues in my apartment.

The woman who answered the call kept saying she loved  her boyfriend, but he has really bad-smelling breath,; and she does not know what to do about it.

I suspect she thought it was a joke. I had a frenemy in high school who would say, “just f—ing with you.” She may have been.

Blank space

I don’t have anything to write today because I am trying to turn energy back to the new novella as planned.

Have a good day.

Three brief quotes and a brief poem

“You are an outlaw in their eyes.” — from the Steely Dan song King Charlamagne

“I pity the fool…” — Mr. T of the A Team

“Wokka wokka.” — Fozzy the Bear from the Muppets

“Sets” by yours truly

The sun also sets.

No regrets,

Dimming horizon.

What are you surmising?

And then there are the clouds.
